Fair4All Finance Segments: Monitoring financial vulnerability
Fair4All Finance Segments: monitoring financial vulnerability

Using new insights from our segmentation, and external sources, we are monitoring changes in financial vulnerability across our six segments as the impact of cost of living continues.

In this webinar we looked at what is changing, and what is staying the same, for each segment within the 17.5m people in financially vulnerable circumstances, and explored key insights across four key themes of financial resilience, insufficient income, demand for credit, and problem debt.

We also discussed what organisations can do to support people in financially vulnerable circumstances

This webinar is suitable for anyone interested in financial inclusion and will be particularly helpful for organisations seeking insights to design and deliver product and marketing strategies to serve different groups of financially vulnerable customers and their emerging needs.
