Applications open to our marketing and consumer insights leadership learning programme

As part of our commitment to making the financial system fairer for everyone, and to support and increase the resilience of the community finance sector we’ve been developing our leadership learning programme.

Following the success and positive feedback from our first pilot leadership learning programme which took place in October last year and which focused on strategic planning and change, we’re pleased to share that applications are now open for a second programme, this time focusing on marketing and consumer insights.

‘The course went very well I think and might well prove to be one of Fair4All Finance’s best investments of all – the leadership challenge is very real and this feels as though it’s a valuable way of addressing it’

Attendee of previous leadership learning programme

We’ll be focusing on marketing and consumer insights with the aim of supporting you to deliver effective marketing strategies and activities for sustainable growth.

In this programme you will:

  • learn from leading professionals, academics and community finance experts
  • gain an increased understanding of marketing and consumer insights, alongside practical application within your organisation
  • have opportunities to network, collaborate and learn from peers both online and in person
  • receive an accreditation from the University of East Anglia on successful completion of the programme
  • have the opportunity to take a step back and think strategically about your marketing plans for 2024 and beyond
  • take part in blended learning including digital delivery, in person and ‘live’ online sessions to allow for flexibility and availability of learning
  • have the opportunity to inform the development of future programmes

This programme is open to those in a senior role within a community finance organisation with responsibility for marketing.

Nothing! We’re still in the pilot phase of our leadership learning programme, and places are fully funded. Modules are designed to align to possible funding opportunities to maximise accessibility of any future programmes (eg Government subsided learning opportunities)

If you’re interested in applying, please complete the short application form by Wednesday 27 March.
