Our Strategic Planning and Change Leadership Programme is designed to empower leaders within the community finance sector with the essential skills for strategic planning, managing change and to fulfil the ambitions they may have for their organisation.

As part of our commitment to making the financial system fairer for everyone, Fair4All Finance, in partnership with Estu and Studious, is pleased to be running this programme to help grow capability within the sector. This will be a repeat of the Leadership Learning Pilot that run in November 2023.

  • network, collaborate and learn from peers both online and in person
  • receive an accreditation from the University of East Anglia on successful completion of the programme
  • take a step out of your organisation and think strategically about your plans for 2025
  • receive blended learning including digital delivery, in person and ‘live’ online sessions to allow for flexibility and availability of learning
  • inform the development of future programmes

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for senior leaders, CEOs and Boards within the community finance sector and future leaders identified by leadership.
