Fair4All Finance Annual Report and Accounts 2025

Fair4All Finance Annual Report and Accounts 2025

We’re pleased to publish our Annual Reports and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2025, as well as our Annual Review which looks back at some of our key achievements over the past year.

Our work to boost financial inclusion and make sure everyone has access to the right financial products and services, whenever they need them, continued at pace this year, marking a year of influence and action at Fair4All Finance.

We focussed on three key challenges to change the system and improve the financial lives of millions of people across the UK.

  • Influencing key actors across the system to prioritise, enable and deliver financial inclusion
  • Transforming the market to test and deliver the right products to all customers who need them
  • Scaling fair and affordable products to meet the needs of millions of customers

Our work together is making a difference

In 2025 we continued to get our funding to where it’s needed most.

  • Supporting organisations that are serving people in financially vulnerable circumstances – Our investments in community finance providers, including our cost of living focussed Community Finance Resilience Fund, are helping the resilience of the sector and increasing the amount of affordable credit available for people in financially vulnerable circumstances
  • Investing in new solutions and technology to develop the market – Our No Interest Loan Scheme and debt consolidation lending pilots are helping thousands of people manage life events, get back on their feet and cope with the cost of living crisis, providing a vital stepping stone to longer term financial resilience
  • A National Financial Inclusion Strategy – This year saw the launch of the Government’s National Financial Inclusion Strategy bringing a renewed focus on tackling financial exclusion in the UK. Fair4All Finance stands ready to play our part in delivering on this, alongside our wider work to tackle financial exclusion.
