Help us design and deliver affordable finance solutions in 2022

Fair4All Finance are looking for partners to help us design, deliver and scale affordable and inclusive finance solutions in 2022 and beyond.

We have funding and ambitious plans across several areas, including:

  • Tackling problem debt – to help the 2.4m UK adults in problem debt build their financial resilience, likely through affordable consolidation loans
  • Appliance poverty – aimed at the 2.7m UK households currently living without a fridge, cooker or washing machine
  • Other innovative solutions – which could include savings and credit builder products, insurance products specifically designed for low income households, fair and accessible credit cards and much more

We’re seeking partners who can work with us from the initial scoping of a solution through to inclusive product design, delivery and evaluation over a multi-year period. You could be a not for profit or commercial lender, a referral partner or even a co-funder to help increase the amount of people we can reach.

This is a brilliant opportunity to get involved at an early stage and collaboratively shape an important programme of work. One that will better serve customers often excluded from financial products and make a significant impact to low income households.

We’ll be appointing partners as part of our no interest loan scheme (NILS) pilot procurement, which is open for bids until Monday 14 February 2022 (by 1pm).

There is a separate lot for this work – Lot 9 – Future innovative affordable finance solutions. You don’t have to apply for any of the other NILS lots if they’re not of interest (but please do if they are!).

There’s a chance to ask clarification questions relating to the procurement process or tender documents up until Wednesday 19 January 2022 (by 1pm).

You can find out more about this procurement and how to access the tender documents here. We’d love for you to take a look.
