Fair4All Finance responds to FCA call for input on ongoing coronavirus support


We submitted a joint response with our partners at Fair By Design to the FCA’s call for input on ongoing support for credit customers affected by coronavirus.

In response to the extraordinary circumstances of the pandemic, the FCA has introduced temporary guidance for consumer credit firms on supporting their customers. As a result of the guidance firms have provided over 1.6 million personal loan and credit card payment deferrals.

The FCA has been seeking input on what the next phase of support for customers should look like, and we welcomed this opportunity to respond.
