Building on our impact and how we work together

At Fair4All Finance we’re proud of the difference our work has made so far, collaborating with brilliant people across financial services, civil society, government and regulators.

As our organisation and portfolio of work continues to grow, we’re evolving how we work together to build on our successes and deliver even greater impact for the people we’re here to help.

Bringing our key programmes together

We’re bringing our key programmes together into a new Impact Delivery function, headed up by Holly Piper who is stepping up to become Executive Director – Impact.

Holly has led our Investment Team with distinction over the last six years, building our £40m Affordable Credit Scale Up portfolio, launching our Guarantees Pilot and delivering key Resilience Funds through the pandemic and the cost of living crisis. Before Fair4All Finance, Holly led CAF Venturesome’s social investment fund.

The new Impact Delivery function will cover all of our work delivering impact across four areas, with the following new appointments:

  • Jake Attfield is stepping into the role of Associate Director to lead on Insurance, Savings and Financial Resilience
  • David Coombs is stepping up to Director of Investment to lead on Affordable Credit
  • Lakshmi Holmes continues as our Head of Financial Capability and Diane Burridge continues to lead our Innovation and Development work as Director.

We’re also making some broader changes to how we’re organised. Included in that, our Director of Policy & Strategy, Tom Lake will be leaving Fair4All Finance in the new year. You can read more about that here.

Delivering impact for people with low financial resilience remains central to our work

Our mission to make financial services fairer for everyone remains the same and our strategic priorities to Influence, Transform and Scale aren’t changing.

Our overriding objective is still to achieve better outcomes for people with low financial resilience – with equity, diversity and inclusion, and lived experience embedded throughout all our work. And we still need everyone across financial services to play their part.

What does this mean for our partners and collaborators?

As we evolve how Fair4All Finance works, your main contact may change. We’ll introduce you personally to the right colleague, transfer the full context of our work together and ensure continuity throughout.

The changes we are making are intended to help us collaborate easily, deploy our funding quickly and effectively, and to keep turning our resources and influence into impact as we grow.
